United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County, Inc. (UCP), a recognized local non-profit agency that supports people with disabilities within our community, is seeking a creative individual to play a vital role in supporting our agency’s daily operations, such as ordering office supplies, data entry, completing agency reports, etc. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, personality with the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service. This position is responsible for ensuring that an exemplary first impression is given when visitors, clients, family, and staff members enter or interact with the agency for the first time and every time thereafter. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of administrative experience and possess knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with individuals who use alternative forms of communication. Cultural diversity is important to our agency; persons of color and/or diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
