The Diversity Manager works under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer and is responsible for supervising the Diversity Coordinator and managing the goals and strategies of the diversity and inclusion program at Agrace. Through community engagement, management of outreach initiatives, and provision of educational opportunities, the Diversity Manager enhances the diversity of staff and volunteers; increases access to Agrace hospice and palliative care services for diverse and underserved communities throughout Agrace’s service area; and fosters an inclusive environment for patients, volunteers and staff.
