We are looking for a Strong Residential Property Manager for our Fitchburg property. Knowledge in residential property management, tax credit a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Property is 144 units and Manager will oversee, Assistant Manager and Maintenance Crew and will deal in all aspects of Property Management including but not limited to: Rentals, Recertifications and property upkeep. Pay is DOE.
