News Editor – PVL #85537
At UW-Madison, our faculty, staff and students are dedicated to the Wisconsin Idea — looking beyond the boundaries of campus and using their knowledge and insights for the public good.
University Communications, the news hub for UW-Madison, is looking for an editor to help share those stories with a diverse set of audiences on campus, around Wisconsin and across the globe.
This position requires at least three years of experience developing and editing news content.
Experience with digital platforms — including Facebook, Twitter, content management systems such as Word Press, analytics tools and content strategy — is a must. A background in daily, online or magazine journalism or university communications is preferred but not required.
