Do you have a passion to make a difference and working together with the City and area social service providers to end homelessness?
The Zero: 2016 Initiative is a national campaign offering technical assistance to participating communities that pledge to end veteran homelessness and chronic homelessness. A successful candidate for this position must be committed to building upon and strengthening existing collaborations within the Dane County Continuum of Care. The selected candidate will help to coordinate planning, implementation and tracking around this initiative.
