Facilitator is responsible to create, implement, monitor, and grow gender specific programs for females as a component of out of school programs for GCC and Girls Inc. of Greater Madison partner sites. All programming is guided by the Goodman mission and directed by the Girls Inc. commitment to quality and the core essential elements of the Girls Inc. experience.
