COMMUNITY CARE & HEALTH EQUITY MANAGER
Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) is a not-for-profit managed health care Cooperative that is primary care driven, with a rich history of being the top health plan in Wisconsin. We are looking for a Community Care & Health Equity Manager to provide oversight to our community service programs including the Badger Care Plus Contract, GHC-SCW Community Giving Programs, and outreach activities. This position also is responsible for health equity and literacy related initiatives and the management of the GHC-SCW Interpreter Services program.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or relevant field is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in Social Work or a health-related field is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare or community based administration with business activities related to contract administration, policy development, health equity/literacy, diversity/inclusivity, community outreach or other relevant activities is required. Experience working in a managed health care delivery system is preferred.
