Position Open: Business Performance Manager at UW-Madison Office of Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGER

University of Wisconsin-Madison, Office of Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (VCFA) is currently recruiting for a Business Performance Manager. This position reports to the Administrative Process Redesign (APR) Director. For additional information on APR go to: http://www.apr.wisc.edu/

Joining an existing team, this person will be responsible for working with leaders, faculty and staff in academic and administrative units throughout the university to design, implement, and measure outcomes for a variety of projects stemming from large campus initiatives for process, service and organizational improvement.

Qualified applicants will have five years of experience in process improvement, including performance measurement, project management, and/or change management. Experience in process improvement in higher education is preferred. Applicants must have strong facilitation and communication skills, as well as demonstrated experience coaching and guiding teams on large and small scale process improvement projects, preferably using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Starting annual salary for this position is dependent on qualifications. This position is eligible for the State of Wisconsin benefits package.
