The University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Division of Diversity, Equity and Educational Achievement is recruiting for the position of Recruitment, Admissions, and Program Coordinator for the Office of Multicultural Arts Initiatives (OMAI) and the First Wave Hip Hop and Urban Arts Learning Community, a cutting-edge multicultural artistic program for incoming students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The RAP Coordinator delivers high-quality student services fostering academic and artistic growth, administers high-impact, multicultural arts events and programs that benefit campus and broader communities, and ensures smooth operation of First Wave. Under the supervision of the OMAI Director, the individual in this position administers and coordinates outreach, recruitment, admissions, orientation, performance, and community-building aspects of the program.
